Staying at Joe’s was absolutely FANTASTIC. Joe was very helpful and there when needed. I couldn’t believe how cheap the place comparing how fancy it is, well worth the money. Definitely will stay at Joe’s again in the future.

Brand new luxury condo! Fully equipped 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with in-suite laundry. Within minutes you can be at the famous West Side Market to visit local vendors selling fresh produce, meats, baked goods etc... Playhouse Square, Indians, Cavs, Browns and the Jack Casino are all nearby. Edgewater Beach on Lake Erie is less than 10 min away by car or a short 15 min bike ride.
Access is through the key pad on the front door/key cafe. All parking for the building is first come first serve for outdoor spots, additional cars can park on the street free of charge. Any car in the facility not in a parking space will be towed.

Joe's place is one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed at. Newly remodeled, very clean, many thoughtful touches (candles, wine opener), spacious closets, full/stocked kitchen, Roku TV (no DVD player). Bed is very comfortable. Easy self-check in process and free parking. Joe is proactive and communicates everything you will need to know at appropriate times. I grew up in Cleveland and Ohio City is a trendy and safe neighborhood with easy access to everywhere. Quieter than downtown, a more city-feel than the surrounding suburbs.
