The stay was accurately depicted as seen in pictures. Everything was recently cleaned and working properly. What really stood out was the hosts quick responses to questions, about the area and advice on places to eat. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at this location and will be back!

Luxury Condo minutes from Downtown Cleveland! Fully equipped 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with in-suite laundry. Within minutes you can be at the famous West Side Market to visit local vendors selling fresh produce, meats, baked goods etc... Playhouse Square, Indians, Cavs, Browns and the Jack Casino are all nearby. Edgewater Beach on Lake Erie is less than 10 min away by car or a short 15 min bike ride.
Access is through the key pad on the front door/key cafe. All parking for the building is first come first serve for outdoor spots, additional cars can park on the street free of charge. Any car in the facility not in a parking space will be towed.

Hospitality and customer service were definitely 5/5. The space is beautiful, extremely clean and conveniently located. I stayed here while they were newly opening the space so there were a few wrinkles to iron out. The 4 stars are based on the fact that these glitches heavily affected my comfort there however... Even with the mishaps, communication was great. The hosts moved quickly to respond to inconvenience and accommodate necessary changes. An added note about the actual space: they're newly built and the sound barriers aren't the best. If you're sensitive to/ heavily affected by noise, you should definitely bring ear plugs.
