Luxury Condo minutes from Downtown, Cleveland! Fully equipped 1 bedroom 1 bath condo with in suite laundry. Within minutes you can be at the famous West Side Market to visit local vendors selling fresh produce, meats, baked goods etc... Playhouse Square, Indians, Cavs, Browns and the Jack Casino are all nearby. Edgewater Beach on Lake Erie is less than 10 min away by car or a short 15 min bike ride.
Access is through the key pad on the front door/key cafe. All parking for the building is first come first serve for outdoor spots, additional cars can park on the street free of charge. Any car in the facility not in a parking space will be towed.

Joe’s place is amazing! The pictures are accurate and the pricing is unbeatable for the quality of the apartment! So much as so, I verified that the pictures were accurate because the pricing was unbelievably reasonable! Joe has timely responses, and the space was a wonderful addition to my 3 day stay! It's a clean stylish place with a comfy bed! The building is a bit noisy as the walls seem thin. It is worth mentioning that the check-in time stated on the website says after 5pm and check out is before 11am. Overall, it was a good place to stay but not for me in the future as a 30 dollar cleaning fee is a little much when you're also asked to strip the linens off of the bed / dirty towels and placing them in the washer. I was traveling by myself and was only in the apartment to sleep, so the value is not really worth it for me in the end.

Lovely place!!!! There’s free parking at least for 1 car and it’s walking distance to multiple spots to eat. Check in was easy and the place was so cozy and felt like home. There was a lot of kitchen utensils that came in handy being we cooked dinner and breakfast. Overall amazing stay!

The unit was top notch! Brand new finishes, furniture, and creature comforts. Joe was prompt in communication and accommodation! I would definitely stay here again and want to check out Joe's other available trendy units in the future!
