Brand new luxury condo! Fully equipped 1 bedroom 1 bath condo with in-suite laundry. Within minutes you can be at the famous West Side Market to visit local vendors selling fresh produce, meats, baked goods etc... Playhouse Square, Indians, Cavs, Browns and the Jack Casino are all nearby. Edgewater Beach on Lake Erie is less than 10 min away by car or a short 15 min bike ride.
