This property is also within walking distance to The Ohio State Campus, Arena District, The Convention Center, Italian Village and Grandview - the perfect combination of comfort and location.
A lovely spot, very safe area! This home is a duplex there is a living room, dining area, a kitchen with brand-new appliances, a bedroom equip with new mattress, and a full bathroom with a lovely new shower head.
We are available for any questions 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm.

Very easy to get around, most entertainment and restaurants are all within walking distance. This location is also minutes from downtown only a 5-8 minute drive.

Over all not a pleasant experience because of the fact that they have keys opening both properties that are wall to wall... the person who was supposed to stay next door entered my place at 2am and that is not a good feeling when you hear someone downstairs while you’re asleep ... and they were not willing to credit me for leaving a day early ...40$ ... that’s all i got to say
